Getting Help

Due to coronavirus our face to face service at Capswood has been suspended. Currently, only email, telephone advice and web chat services are available. For details, please see the home page.

Under normal circumstances, the various ways to get help are as listed below. Until then, see the home page for contact details.

There are several ways to get help. You can ‘phone, email, use web-chat or make an appointment at one of our monthly community outreach sessions.

Main Office

South Bucks Citizens Advice has its main office in Denham (in the District Council building). Please ‘phone to make an appointment before you visit (numbers below).

Community Sessions

We hold also  advice sessions at various locations in the South Bucks district on set days per month. Some are drop-in sessions and others need an appointment.

Telephone Advice

You can  ‘phone the Buckinghamshire Adviceline service on  0344 245 1289 at any time Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.

It offers an advice service over the telephone to those who prefer to contact us in this way or those unable to make it into our face-to-face drop-in services. Most callers receive the information they require over the telephone from our highly trained volunteer advisers.

If you are a resident of the South Bucks district, you can ‘phone 01895 837 551 or 01895 837 552 for telephone advice.

Email Enquiry

Please use the contact form to get in touch.  It asks you for your contact details and we will ‘phone or email you with a response. Our aim is to reply to enquiries within a maximum of 4 working days.

Web Chat

This is a new service. You can access it via this link, when available (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, usually).
